Refund Policy

All products sold on fragrancenet.click are downloadable digital goods (PDF catalogs). Because digital files can be copied instantly, refunds are handled as follows:

Eligibility

• Requests made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund if the file was not delivered, was corrupted/unreadable, or materially did not match its description.
• If you simply change your mind before the PDF has been sent to you, we will refund in full — contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
• Once a catalog has been delivered and used, refund requests are reviewed case by case.

How to request a refund

Email our support address with your order confirmation (transaction ID from Paddle) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
